1. General Terms

I may record the drawing process and post it online.
I have the right to reject any order.
NSFW is an additional 40% of the original price.
Each extra character will be an additional 80% of the original price.

2. Payment

Payment is via PayPal through an invoice.
If PayPal isn't an option we can discuss an alternative solution.
Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
The final price may vary compared to the displayed price on the website. Reasons may be multiple characters, extreme details or something else.
After we have agreed on the price I will send a PayPal invoice with the agreed amount.
Currency accepted is either USD, EUR or DKK.
Commissions must be paid either 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
In cases you purchase a Sketch, payment must be paid 100% upfront.

3. Process and Delivery

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 3-4 weeks, but it may take up to two months. Health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and unforeseen circumstances may affect this. If I am unable to finish the commission within two months you will be eligible for a full refund.
If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will immediately let you know.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.

4. Revision

You are allowed two rounds of changes during sketching/line art phase, and one round of changes during the colouring phase.
I may refuse a change; reasons may be that the request is too convoluted, adds something to the drawing I'm uncomfortable with or something entirely else.
A fee will be added if you want extra changes - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
The price of the fee will depend on the complexity of the change.

5. Copyright & Usage

I, Valdemar Sandblad (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
You (the customer/commissioner)
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may not make profits from the commissioned piece as a NFT product.
You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
Promote myself with it everywhere.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission, I will let the client know when I started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
I will let the buyer know over email or Discord when I start working on the commission.
If you cancel your order before I started the commission, you may receive a full refund.
If you are to receive a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you paid for the commission to be done within two weeks and it takes longer, you are eligible for either a full refund, or the option of not paying the extra amount and receiving it in the normal estimated delivery time.
If you paid for the commission to be done within one week and it takes longer, you are eligible for either a full refund, or the option of not paying the extra amount and receiving it in the normal estimated delivery time.
